I finished your book and find myself going back and reading again. The first time through, I got the impression that you were all over the place. As I read again, I realized that you were maturing; what was important as a kid changed as an adult. It’s no longer all about you.
Your four points hit the nail on the head: passion, hard work, respect, selflessness. These are attributes that make a good player. They are absolutely essential for a successful coach and instructor.
